IT Ops in a Box sells downloadable digital templates (Word and Excel files). Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
After payment we email download links to the address used at checkout. Links expire after 7 days and allow a limited number of downloads; you can request fresh links any time at /downloads.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the product isn't right for you, email support@itopsinabox.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Download access ends when a refund is issued.
Updates
Purchasers receive free updates within the same major version (for example, 1.x) of the products they bought.

Your use of the templates is governed by the License.
